As our Children’s Director, Liz Wagner coordinates the teachers and students for our five Sunday morning children’s classes. Liz works with the children’s deacon and team leaders to keep our curriculum and classroom needs moving in the right direction.
Liz Wagner grew up in Elkton, Maryland and currently lives in Glenville, PA with her family. She met her husband, Mike, as a freshman in high school. They married in 2008, and have been abundantly blessed with three beautiful daughters: Clara, Lillian and Audrey.
Liz grew up going to church, but truly discovered a passion for God’s Word while attending Living Hope, where she has enjoyed being a part of since 2013. She has developed relationships that continually challenge and inspire her through Life Groups, Women’s Bible Studies, and her Accountability group.
Liz attended Hood College where she graduated with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. She also received her Master’s in Reading Education from Towson University. Prior to staying home to care for her children, she loved being a teacher in Baltimore County. She still enjoys teaching both in the Children’s Classes at Living Hope, and as a volunteer librarian at her girls’ school. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, kickboxing, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
