Prayer

Prayer

Jesus kept in constant communication with His Father and instructed us to pray “in His name” (John 14:13).  Instead of being anxious, we should tell God our needs so that we can have peace (Philippians 4:6-7).  We’re also encouraged to ask others to pray for our needs (James 5:13-16).

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
– Philippians 4:6-7

If you would like someone to be praying for you, please email your need to prayer@findlivinghope.com.  The prayer coordinator can keep your request private or forward it to the rest of our prayer team.  (Your name can be left off if you prefer.)  Thanks for letting us pray for you!
