Sunday Worship Gathering

Welcome!  We’d love to have you join us for our Sunday Worship Gathering, but if you’re not able to be with us in person you can join the Livestream Sunday at 10 am on our YouTube channel.  If you are new to the church or would like to connect with us, please fill out our CONNECTION CARD and someone will reach out to you.

What to Expect:

Contemporary Worship. Relevant Messages. Vibrant Programs. Authentic People.

We’re excited that you’re considering joining us on Sunday mornings. We’re a group of real people gathered to seek after a real God because we believe that in Him there is real hope. You’ll find our meetings contemporary, upbeat, down-to-earth, and serious about worshiping God. Our music is lively with lyrics that honor God. We’re gathered to worship God in unity, but we also give you freedom to sing, stand, sit, or raise your hands as you’re led. The morning message is always grounded in God’s Word and relevant to our everyday lives.

Where? & Wear?

We meet at the Southern York County YMCA located on 100 Constitution Avenue, just off the Susquehanna Trail (Why the Y?). Our worship service starts at 10:00 a.m., but you’re invited to come at 9:45 a.m. to have a cup of coffee and meet some people. Please wear whatever you’re comfortable in; but if you wear a tie, you’ll probably upstage the pastor!

Children:

Children are an important part of who we are, and we’re glad to have them with us. Our nursery staff is available to care for children under 2 during the entire service. If you’d rather keep them with you, that’s fine too. The rest of the kids join the beginning of the service before going to classes.  It can be a challenge, but we think having children worship with us is pleasing to God. They have a great time in their classes making crafts, playing games, and learning about God. The junior and senior high teens stay with us for the entire service – and even manage to get something out of it!
